John Vogel (age 55) is CEO of the Platinum1One Group and Century 21® PLC. His focus is land development and training successful Commercial Real Estate agents. John has over 30 years of experience in training, marketing and sales, including 13 years at World Savings Bank (WSB); VP District and VP Regional Loan Origination and VP Sales Manager and VP of Real Estate (Owned).

Alex Seltzer (age 55 ) is COO of the Platinum1One Group, responsible for finance, administration and legal. Before entering real estate, Alex spent 30 years leading technology companies. In 1990, Alex co-founded Online Resources and served as CIO for 11 years. Online Resources IPO’ed in 1999 and now has revenue in excess of $125M. From 2002 until 2005, he served as COO of Electronic Clearing House. Prior to these companies. Mr. Seltzer was a technology manager and strategy consultant. He holds a BS in Computer Science from MIT and an MBA from Stanford.

Mr. Schneidereit is the chief architect of the Platinum1One Group. He brings twenty-five years experience in commercial and residential design and construction. Projects range from retail shopping centers, restaurants, office buildings, and master planning to single, multi-family residential, and affordable housing. In the mid-nineties Jeff managed the production department for Farrell*Faber Associates, the largest residential firm in Santa Rosa, California. Construction projects include 10 residences, a 7,500 s.f. retail building including tenant improvements for 2 shops and 1 restaurant, a 3,000 s.f. restaurant, a 1,200 s.f. office building as well as several remodels. Jeff graduated from Cal Poly with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1988.
